• متابعة حضور وانصراف الموظفين والإجازات والجزاءات.


• دعم قسم الموارد البشرية في عمليات التوظيف والتدريب والتقييم الدوري للموظفين.


• الرد على استفسارات الموظفين فيما يخص الحقوق والواجبات القانونية.


• دعم تنفيذ خطط التطوير الإداري وبناء ثقافة مؤسسية قائمة على الأداء.


• اقتراح مبادرات لتحسين بيئة العمل وزيادة رضا الموظفين.


• المشاركة في إعداد خطط التدريب والتطوير المهني للموظفين، وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية.


• دعم إدخال التحول الرقمي في ملفات الموارد البشرية وتقليل الاعتماد على الورقيات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:


• بكالوريوس تجارة أو إدارة أعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.


• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الموارد البشرية، ويفضّل في قطاع المقاولات أو التشييد.


• معرفة تامة بقانون العمل المصري وقانون التأمينات الاجتماعية.


• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، وخاصة Excel.


• مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
