Role Description

Attend internal kick-off meeting with the project team to highlight the clauses of the contract.
Attend external kick-off meeting with the client to complete the missing clauses and documents.
Prepare the contract summary and distribute it among the project team to ensure they abide by the essential legal requirements.
Prepare the nominated subcontractors subcontract and review their claims when needed to maintain the company rights.

- Ensure all operations comply with Egyptian laws on consumer lending, data protection, anti-money laundering (AML), and other relevant financial regulations.

- Education:
