Responsible for the design, engineering, validation, programming, graphic screens for Building Management and Controls Systems (BMS) in accordance with the project specifications and time frame, engineering adopted codes and good engineering practices.
Key responsibilities:
1. Study and Evaluate BMS and HVAC systems all technical drawings, documents, products, components, application and any revisions thereon.
2. Verify and prepare all the required design of BMS control systems (i.e. Compliance Statement, BAS Material Submittal, Control Schematic diagrams, BAS system architecture, I/O points lists, BOQ, cable schedules, wiring and termination drawings, installation details. etc.).
3. Selection of material and equipment according to the calculations and the project specifications.
4. Ensure compliance with specification.
5. Preparing project engineering submittals (Material Submittals, Method Statements, Shop drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals, and other project documentation) as required in line with company and client requirements as well as standards and codes of practices.
6. Generate logic function block diagram and download to controller and do T&C.
7. Build-up BMS project database.
8. Provide configuration for system alarming, trending, and reporting services.
9. Develop and implement high level integrations with different low current systems.
10. Develop and implement low level integrations with 3rd party equipment.

The Generator Winder is tasked with inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all electrical and mechanical components associated with the generator's stator and rotor windings. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of rotating equipment and demonstrate the capability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
**_What you will do_**
+ Perform repairs on Generator ( End winding Repairs / Stator Rewinds / Wedging / Applying Chemicals / RTD connections / High voltage bushing replacement and all other related repairs )
+ Works with various mechanical and electrical tooling, may operate hand held or movable equipment.
+ Assists in taking and recording various needed measurements of stator or field - Assists in performing fiberglass tapping.
+ Works under the direction of the Winding work-leader.
+ Complete daily point of work risk assessments and Safety Observations
+ Records and reports daily time.
+ Aggressively maintains a safe working environment to include good housekeeping practices of assigned work area and comply with all applicable environmental, health and safety policies.
+ Perform tooling and parts set-up as directed.
+ Perform Lock Out Tag Out duties in accordance with site procedures.
+ Perform other duties as requested by Working Leaders, as well as all reasonable requests from the supervisor.
**What you'll bring** :
+ High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years classroom training in the field of Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Technology or equivalent job experience in the field of Industrial.
+ Basic Experience on conducting and performing large generator repairs inclusive of (Generator Stator rewinds / Generator stator re-wedge / High voltage bushing replacement / End winding repairs / Generator rotor repairs / Brazing / etc. ) in industrial and/or utility power plant.
+ Performing mechanical component disassembly / reassembly work on large Turbine generators.
+ Having experience on conducting testing / inspection of generators.
+ English language is a must.
**_ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS_**
+ Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
+ Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to customer sites located domestically and internationally 100% of the time .
+ Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts
+ Ability and willingness to climb ladders and stairs as required
+ Ability and willingness to walk/stand for up to 12 hours as required - Ability and willingness to lift to 50 pounds as required
+ Ability to pass a drug test.
+ Ability to pass a background check and obtain nuclear clearance.

**Essential responsibilities and daily duties include:**
+ Provide hands-on subject matter expertise for all combat systems elements associated with the Egyptian Navy vessels, including remote surveillance sensors (radar, electronic surveillance, and infrared), multi-role radar, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), datalink management systems, and Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM).
+ Collaborate with the Amentum In-Country Team, Combat Systems Port Engineer, and the Egyptian Navy to provide timely and efficient technical support for the vessels.
+ Collaborate with the shipyard planning office and the designated electronics planner to facilitate workload planning activities.
+ Serve as a technical advisor and consultant for Combat Management System planning and workload execution support efforts.
+ Participate as a member of the Amentum Technical Assistance Team (TAT) in close coordination with the TAT Manager.
+ Provide hands-on skills to support analytical troubleshooting and repair of combat system elements by the Amentum TAT.
+ Provide timely and comprehensive inputs for the Monthly Status Report.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 6 years of technical experience with the TACTICOS Combat Management System or related weapons and sensor systems, such as LCS 2 Integrated Combat Management System (ICMS) or similar systems (Aegis Combat System, etc.)
+ Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be proficient in English.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Ability to obtain a Country Clearance and Base Pass authorization.
+ Ability to possess a current passport at least two years before expiration after arrival in Egypt.
+ Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5 years of technical experience with specific weapons, sensors, and countermeasure systems used on Fast Missile Craft (FMC) vessels.
+ Working experience with weapons systems include the MK 75 Oto Melara 76mm Super Rapid Gun, MK 31 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), MK 49 Guided Missile Launching System (GMLS), Harpoon Block II, and MK 15 Phalanx Block 1B.
+ Working experience with sensor systems include the Thales MRR-3D NG multi-role radar, Thales Scout maritime surveillance radar, and Thales Sting-EO fire control radar.
+ Working experience with countermeasure systems include the Argon ST WBR-2000 Electronics Support Measures/Electronic Countermeasures (ESM/ECM) suite, and MK32 chaff/IR launchers.
+ Experience working in an Arab country for long periods.
