Job Purpose

The Dentist Creator is responsible for developing, managing, and supervising all dental content across ShinyWhite's social media platforms. This role ensures that every post reflects ShinyWhite's medical credibility, visual standards, and brand identity, while also engaging the audience through authentic dental education, before-and-after transformations, and storytelling aligned with our full-arch rehabilitation vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-quality dental content (posts, videos, stories, educational reels) for all social media platforms.

• Review and approve all dental-related materials before publishing to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with ShinyWhite's brand tone.

• Collect and organize clinical photos and videos from branches, especially before-and-after cases, ensuring patient consent and visual consistency.

• Evaluate engagement metrics (views, comments, reach, and impressions) and provide monthly recommendations to enhance digital performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align visuals and messaging with current campaigns.

• Review and guide video editing to ensure the final output matches the content message and professional standards.

• Ensure that all educational and promotional material reflects ethical communication and complies with medical content regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS). Dentist background is mandatory.

• Strong interest or experience in social media content creation and brand storytelling.

• Understanding of aesthetic and clinical photography standards in dentistry.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and trends.
