+ Lead the development and execution of revenue growth strategies across all product categories, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market dynamics.

**Your day-to-day:**
+ Develop and implement the annual Sales and Marketing plan aligned with the hotel's business goals.
+ Create sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
The Associate Marketing Communications Manager, MEA will be the custodian of the company's brands and customer touch points. As the primary brand ambassador and champion throughout the Middle East and Africa, the candidate will set the example for customer service excellence and will always hold the brand up high.
He/she will drive the successful execution of the digital, inbound and outbound marketing strategies to a successful conclusion and will set the example on how to treat, use and communicate around the brands. The Marketing collateral and value selling material must enable the sales force to be effective and have the ability to reach customers remotely.
The incumbent will support the Head of Marketing MEA to achieve the strategic objectives of the Marketing function as a whole and will act as a positive change agent for the desired company culture.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
