Requirements:
- Available to work a fixed night shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Answer, handle, prioritize, and delegate all incoming/outgoing requests across phone, chat, emails and forms.
- Rotate leads between the Sales Team as per their area specialization and assign them to CRM accordingly
- Prepare and send CILs Emails as per our company standards merged with the developer companies' templates.
- Create and continuously update real-time inventory (units, prices, availability, payment plans, offers, brochures), coordinating with developers/marketing and logging version history & effective dates.
- Assist the sales team in preparing contracts and sales orientation
- Listen to recorded calls systematically and review chats to confirm adherence to scripts, compliance, and etiquette, score performance against a QA rubric, issue coaching notes and reports improvements.
- Conduct regular QA calibration with Team Leads; align scoring, update scripts/objection-handling guides, and recommend corrective actions and micro-trainings.
- Follow up on client requests, monitor satisfaction via post-interaction surveys, and escalate overdue or at-risk cases; ensure sales requests are fulfilled.
- Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy, enforce mandatory fields/stage definitions, deduplicate records, and keep activities logged and time-stamped.
- Support onboarding of new Sales Reps (tools access, SOP walkthroughs, script practice, QA rubric orientation).
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes, suggest improvements to workflows, and implement automation where possible to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Track sales performance (e.g., response time ≤ 5 minutes, appointment rate) and publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards; include end-of-shift handover, pending items, escalations, and audit logs.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Admin/ Call Center QA.
- Strong CRM proficiency & in lead routing, automation and reporting.
- Understanding of real estate terminology, sales processes, property types, and market dynamics in the local market.
- Experience in call monitoring and QA methodologies, including building/using rubrics, scoring calls, coaching reps, running calibrations, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent phone etiquette; confident Arabic and very good English.
- Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to identify trends, create meaningful reports, and present insights to management.
- Advanced Google Sheets experience is a plus.
