**Job Requirements**
5 - 8 years of experience in maintenance management role
Previous experience in hospitality or facility management is a must
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
