PLG Aluminum, a leading company in the aluminum manufacturing industry, is seeking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational and commercial functions of its factory located in Sadat City.

Key Responsibilities:

-Full oversight of all factory departments including: Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Sales.

-Developing and executing operational, financial, and expansion strategies for the factory.

-Leading business development initiatives domestically and internationally.
