Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead the marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Brand Management: Enhance and maintain a strong brand identity. Oversee all aspects of brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- User Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative user acquisition strategies to increase app downloads and active users. Leverage analytics to identify and target key demographics.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement. Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of features based on market demand.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the tech or mobile app industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and user acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: Up to E£100,000.00 per month
