- Position summary:

- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses and relevant documentation and reporting.
- Performance of lab-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, finished goods, or stability samples in a timely manner.
- Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
- Conduct chemical or physical laboratory tests in making qualitative or quantitative analyses
- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
- Write technical reports or prepare graphs or charts to document experimental results.
- Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.
- Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions.
- Investigate or report questionable test results.
- Addition and withdrawal of stability samples from stability chambers
- Performance of data entry and trend analysis
- Reviewing, filing, reporting and trending of stability data
- Perform the Analytical Method Transfer Exercise (AMTE) for the new test procedures required for manufacturing of new product in our site.
- Perform Validation required for the new developed test procedures.
- Execute all activities related to process, cleaning, and instrument validation.
- Preparing and executing the SOPs, calibration, and validation documents (IQ, OQ & PQ) related to chemical laboratory tasks.
- Implementing the Viatris Policies’ requirements regarding the chemical laboratory
- Using, monitoring, and controlling Reference standards inventory and expiry
- Using, monitoring, and controlling of expiry and inventory of laboratory stock items including reagents, glassware, filters, etc.
- Perform Data loggers monitoring, downloading, and reviewing
- Writing and revision of Quality Control SOP’s
- Working on improving his process by implementing lean and 6σ projects.
- Responsibility for implementation of Data integrity program in the relevant work area and insure following up ALCOA principles all over operations.
- Active implementation of Notification to Management procedures.
- Responsibility for compliance with Viatris Quality Standards.
- cGMP & cGLP knowledge is preferred with particular emphasis on Quality Control.
- Knowledgeable with basic Laboratory instruments such as pH, Spectrophotometry, HPLC and reagent preparation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all results generated follow data integrity requirements.
- Responsible for raising “NTM” Notification to Management whenever condition in Viatris policies applies.

The Minimum Qualifications for this role include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a related area.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken.
- Excellent in Microsoft office (word, excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable with interpersonal, good communication and presentation skills.
- cGMP & cGLP knowledge is preferred with particular emphasis on Quality Control.
- Knowledgeable with Laboratory instruments such as pH, Spectrophotometry, HPLC and reagent preparation.

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for performing basic tasks and some standardized routine testing and maintaining a high level of quality sections services by monitoring and recommending solutions to quality related issues under close supervision.
- Performs wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR) of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Performs physical testing and chemical analysis of Pharmaceutical Packaging Material.
- Troubleshoots and resolves operations issues.
- Prepares and standardizes volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators Internal calibration of instruments according to work instructions.
- Validation of the assay methods of finished products.
- Participates in validation of facilities and manufacturing processes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science with grade Very good.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review project’s specifications of the project and the contractual drawings.
- Prepare the inspection and hand over requests in coordination with the construction team after making sure that the work is ready to be handed over to the consultant.
- Hand over the implemented work to the project’s consultant after ensuring its compatibility with the project’s specifications.
- Participate in the inspection committees of the materials supplied to the project to accept or reject the materials according to the project’s specifications.
- Report cases of non-conformity of works, which do not conform to the contractual specifications according to the company's quality procedures and follow-up the necessary corrective actions towards closing those cases.
- Prepare and approve work implementation processes in partnership with the construction team and the technical office team.
- Coordinate with the consultant in approving the tests’ results and experiments carried out in the project laboratory or external laboratories.
- Follow-up the tasks that are assigned to the quality control engineers.
- Prepare monthly quality reports for the project, including inspection and handover requests and non-conformity cases sent by the consultant, and take the necessary corrective measures to close non-conformity cases in coordination with the project management.
- Attend regular meetings when needed and represent the quality department with the consultant and the client.
- Participate in the internal reviews that are carried out in the company in coordination with the project management and the quality control department in the head office.
- Follow the health safety instructions in the site and make sure of knowing the duties during evacuation and emergency plans.

Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this job is to perform chemical analysis for validation samples for products according to the approved method of analysis, and prepare relevant documentation as required.- Perform analytical method validation studies, Protocols & final reports.- Perform recovery studies & prepare cleaning validation & verification runs.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
1- Performs all physicochemical testing of samples collected during the process validation and record the results in the validation report & Certificates of analysis required and ensures that all obtained results are within the specified approved limit, using valid method of analysis.

2- Performs the analytical transfer analysis according to respective protocol.

3- Immediate reporting of out of specification test results or batch deviation reports whenever needed to the Q.C manager.

4- Perform analytical full method validation studies, Protocols & final reports.

5- Updating of SOPs & control test methods and maintaining of relevant master files.

6- Performs Standardization for Raw Materials

7- Perform Stability testing & routine analysis tasks If assigned.

8- Perform recovery studies & prepare cleaning validation & verification runs.

9- HSE & Energy Contribution:
Ensures HSE approval on any SOP that requires certain HSE precautions. Ensures HSE approval on any change. Follow the laboratory safety procedures Commitment to the appropriate PPE use. Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements. Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and environmental law. Hydrocarbons/ hazardous substance & waste segregation in accordance with approved waste management system. Implement good calibration program for all instruments.

Supplementary Tasks:
Utilizes, calibrates, maintains the QC equipment in the Chemical Lab according to the local SOP.

Prepares relevant SOPs and follows up the update according to requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Makes sure that all activities carried on are complying with safety measurements.
