The Quality Control Manager
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed internal and customer quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality systems, managing inspection procedures, leading root cause analysis for defects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the quality policy and standards are implemented properly across all the construction projects for continuous improvement purposes.
• Monitor monthly the inspection logs of the construction process per project, to ensure conformance to the quality standards and customer requirements.
• Review quarterly the QPI (Quality Performance Indicator) report across all construction projects, and report to the top management any issues or repetitive non-compliant incidents from the contractors or subcontractors to take the needed decisions that best serve the business.
• Monitor all NCR (Non-Conformance Report) summaries either internally (from inside the company) or externally (from the consultants or clients) to ensure that all issues have been resolved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ architecture engineering.
• 12+ years relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and TMQ are a plus.

Role Overview:

Quality Control Manager is primarily focused on leading the processes of inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet established standards. The role is dedicated to overseeing inspections, tests, and production processes, investigating non-conformances, and maintaining records.

In your role you will:

What will you be doing?

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and food safety systems in compliance with local and international standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
• Oversee all In-Process Control (IPC) activities during production for Greek yogurt, fresh juice, pasteurized juice, and central kitchen products.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and sampling to ensure product quality at every stage of production.
• Manage microbiological, chemical, and sensory testing in coordination with the laboratory team.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet quality specifications.
