The manufacturing setup is heavily automated on the shopfloor as well as the internal processes. The test team is responsible for 100 parallel test systems that is performing electrical tests (measuring voltages, currents, motor speeds) and software configuration of variable speed drives in power ranges from 0.25 kW to 120 kW.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be a part of the Production Technique and Quality team that consists of highly engaged, passionate, and experienced colleagues. Together we work on minimizing variance within our production setup to ensure world class quality performance internally as well as towards our customers.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Debugging/troubleshoot test hardware (data acquisition, contactors/relays, motors, generators, transformers, fixtures)
- Exploit data analysis to improve performance of the test hardware
- Monitoring of test capacity
- Continue our Six sigma journey within production test by defining, analyzing and implementing changes to improve first pass yield on 100 fully automated parallel test systems

Overview:
The shift leader plays an integral role in executing own production plan

He acts as a partner for the maintenance engineers in maintenance tasks (daily/trouble shooting/ overhauls)

He has a key role in driving production line KPIs across all areas (Total plant waste, water, Total plant productivity, Food Safety, EHS)

**Responsibilities**:
**Production**
- Lead on the execution of the daily production plan & monitor the true efficiency & net efficiency
- Monitor the water usage, Energy & waste of the PL and ensure meeting set KPIs for both

**Autonomous Maintenance**
- Execute production line autonomous maintenance (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening)
- Own work order process from Autonomous maintenance on SAP PM
- own the production line lubrication map & follow up on the inspection/ Tightening list per machine

**Preventive Maintenance**
- Supervise the line Preventive Maintenance Tech with setting & executing the monthly PM plan/line
- execute actions for corrective & preventive maintenance tasks via PM techs & OM
- Ensure the production line preventive maintenance compliance via own PM techs

**Trouble shooting**
- Lead on the production line minor mechanical stoppages trouble shooting (0-30Min)
- Escalate major mechanical stoppages to concerned mechanical engineer (30Min+)
- Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis
- Escalate both minor & major electric breakdowns to electric engineer
- Ensure production line restart in stable condition after failure

**Planned maintenance/overhaul**
- supervise maintenance action plan as per timelines & accountabilities
- report daily progress to maintenance team
- Ensure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition’

**Spare parts**
- Alert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stock

**With own team**:

- Develop and train own operate maintain technicians to continuously meet set KPIs
- Monitor the outsourced labor on line to ensure performing assigned tasks as needed

**Others**
- Act as a circle leader as part of the TPM (AM agenda in plant)

Production - Packing
This function packs our product in its final packaging, set up in palets. Three priorities for packing departments: Safety, Quality, Productivity. Your missions will be to:

Production - Making
This is the department that mixes our products, from recipes sent by R & D. Priority for making is to produce in large quantities and with flexibility, a product according to the original recipe, to deliver the packing lines in time . The top priority of the making teams is the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process to eliminate any loss in different stages (formula change time reduction, decrease downtime, operator training on chemical process, development of maintenance plans.).
In this department, you will:

Quality
The Quality department handles the quality assurance of our products, that is to say all the systems that ensure that we produce a consistent quality in line with consumer expectations and in accordance with local laws and P&G rules. It validates all the formulas and equipment prior to production, and is also responsible for the study of "non-standards" to improve our processes and training of the entire plant to quality principles. You will ensure that the quality of the products is optimal.

Health Safety & Environment
