Skilled in delivering on-site technical support, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, installations, repairs, and modifications of equipment within assigned areas to ensure optimal product performance.
• Ensure all equipment and systems meet designated operational metrics and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and company requirements, including adherence to Complaint
• Handling Procedures for proper issue documentation, escalation, and resolution.

Field Operations Management

As Site Marine Construction Field Engineer you will provide engineering services, technical support and guidance on project marine structures to Worley and its customers, including oversite and supervision within the construction supervision engineering team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors construction of NPP's marine structures and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley marine construction supervision systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and standards.
• Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments.
• Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.
• Reports on project performance against the baseline plan.
