Your Mission

• Manage ETO Customer projects of low complexity (Category class ED or EC) from project transfer from tendering (P0) up to project close-out, focusing on CCO Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction and Risks Management.
• Main duty is mainly increase our Market share in FSA countries pushing more sales/OIT in this cluster

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together

• Quotation/bidding of ETO projects and preparing full technical and costing offers
• understand Market needs/targets and starting optimization initiatives to accommodate and reach them
• Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Tool Box in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer
• Review technical specification and take decisions on technical  comments raised by the customer.
• Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.
• Manage Project Risks & Opportunities by assessing, identifying, mitigating and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project
• Monitor and control project margin deviation during the Project execution phase. Accountable for Project margin deviation. Take pro-active decisions and actions to prevent negative DVC margin deviation.
• Manage Variation Order & Claim process for both Customer and main suppliers. Obtain Variation Orders for any deviation from the contractual  scope. Mitigate any source of conflict with customer or suppliers throughout the project execution phase.
• Involve Project Buyer at an early stage of the project for maximizing cost savings.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting). Manage the FAT event and realize the FAT NPS.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant (Internal Kick off meeting

• Bachelor degree of Electrical/mechanical engineering
• 3 - 5 years of experience in project management

Job Description

• Responsible for Prepare Project schedules as required, pre-planning, and resource forecasting in accordance with technical departments related to the project to ensure projects are completed according to project plans on time, control project cost, and ensure project Quality.

• Review and discuss Monthly project orders/client requirements with the PM Supervisor to set a work plan for the month.

• Cooperate, coordinate and follow up with design, sourcing, MRP and manufacture team, QC to ensure all milestones will be fulfilled, for successful on-time delivery.

• Report to PM supervisor to Make changes or adjustments where needed throughout the project process, handle issues, support sales to solve clients' problems and internal pending or escalate according to process to ensure project targets are fulfilled.

• Record and realize all project issues/details, and cooperate with DCC for documentation.

• Support PM Supervisor to collect operation data, such as revenue forecast (and actual), order booking, OTD rate and etc.

• Attend meetings regularly and report related conditions to management timely.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above Electrical Engineering Major.

• 2-4 years in the Electrical engineering MV / LV industry (Technical office /Project management/design or related positions).

• years of experience in the electrical engineering industry, preferably in the low and medium voltage panel sector (experience in MV/LV industry ).

• Excellent English level speaking /writing/reading.

• MS Project & Primavera experience is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of finance and cost control principles.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

The current work location is the 6th of October -Giza and within one year will be relocated to the 10th of Ramadan .

Role Description

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in mechanical contracting, preferably in heating systems, central hot water systems, and piping networks.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems installation and commissioning.
