**Key accountabilities**:

- Analyze Project / Program security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risks strategy
- Plan security activities within development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, their impacts related to project program execution, Identify training needs
- Is responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay of Project/Program Cybersecurity deliverables, as needed per Project / program context:

- Cybersecurity context, and Cybersecurity Risk Analysis
- Cybersecurity Architecture definition and requirement allocation
- Cascading of requirement to suppliers, Manage Third Parties Risks,
- Application of Cybersecurity Assurance Level
- Definition of Cybersecurity Operating Procedures
- Evaluation of the Project/Program achieved Cybersecurity level
- Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities
- Obtain agreement from Project/Program/Customer about on the set of security measures to be implemented
- Manage vulnerabilities and Cybersecurity issues and actions plan,
- Manage Program / Project Cybersecurity related communication,
- Report on Program / Project Cybersecurity status
- In case of external Cybersecurity audit, manage the relationship with auditors Establish lessons learned
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

**Requirements**_:_**

**Mandatory**:

- University/ Engineer in degree level
- Experience with direct responsibility for hands on architecture, design, development
- Experience related to Cybersecurity in general, deployment experience of security technologies.
- QCD Management

**Desirable**:

- Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM
- Knowledge of Alstom Products & Solution Portfolio
- Experience in embedded or industrial systems (railway / aeronautics.)

- Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as: ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, NIS, French LPM
- Knowledge of some Cybersecurity solutions and areas
- Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
- Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems and associated programming languages.
- Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security

**Key Responsibilities**

Performs threat hunting within the existing technology environments to uncover indicators of threat activities.
- Support SIEM use case management process.
- Supports the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures in providing proactive threat hunting and analysis against the available information sources.
- Supports the identification and documentation of Indicators of Compromise (loCs). Research threats, vulnerabilities and intelligence on various threat actors and exploitation tools and platforms.
- Perform threat research to identify potential threat vectors and work with multi-disciplines to improve prevention and detection methods.
- Identify gaps in an organizations measurement metrics, telemetry and logging capabilities and propose enhancement strategies to achieve the intended outcomes.

The Role Governance development & implementation:

Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cybersecurity governance framework, policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead the development and maintenance of cybersecurity awareness and training programs for all employees.

Risk management:

Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks to information assets and systems.
Develop and manage a risk register, tracking identified risks, mitigation plans, and residual risk levels.
Collaborate with business units and IT teams to implement risk treatment strategies and controls.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls and report on risk posture to senior management.
Lead incident response planning and participate in post-incident analysis to identify GRC-related improvements.

Compliance & audit management:

Ensure the organization's adherence to relevant cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry standards such as NCA ECC and ISO.
Manage internal and external cybersecurity audits, coordinating with auditors, providing necessary documentation, and tracking remediation efforts for findings.
Prepare and present cybersecurity reports to management and relevant committees.
Act as a primary point of contact for all GRC-related inquiries and initiatives.

Stakeholder engagement & reporting:

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership, on GRC matters.
Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports on cybersecurity posture, risk status, and compliance adherence.
Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and accountability across the organization.
Collaborate with legal, internal audit, and other departments to ensure integrated GRC efforts.

Personal skills

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3-5 years specifically in GRC roles.
Good communication skills.

Technical skills

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with various operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
Understanding of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong background in managing compliance initiatives related to major cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, SOC 2).
Experience in managing internal and external audits.
Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies and tools.

The Advisors & Client Services team is looking for a Associate Managing Consultant, Cyber Security to drive our cyber security consulting services forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
-  Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
-  Implement and deliver Mastercard's cybersecurity ecosystem products to clients and take part in developing cybersecurity reports that are customized for individual clients and regions.
-  Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
-  Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner

-  Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations

All about you:
- Undergraduate or master's degree in technology and/or cybersecurity related fields and work experience after
completing your undergraduate degree
- Experience in a consulting organization (consultant or higher level) with team management responsibility on technology and cybersecurity implementation projects
- Knowledge of Information Security Standards and best practices such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA and hands-on experience in performing and managing cyber security risk & controls assessments or audits in accordance with those standards, including definition of detailed and prioritized remediation plans
- Experience in building, assessing and executing enterprise frameworks, programs and solutions that balance protection and business needs
- Demonstrated working and testing knowledge of security technologies and processes such as awareness and training, cloud security, data protection and privacy, disaster recovery, end point protection, hardening, network security and design, identity and access management, incident management, patch management, physical security, policies and procedures development, secure software development lifecycle, security testing, SIEM, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management
- Desirable certifications: CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CEH
- Experience directly managing multiple people across multiple complex projects.

- Network troubleshooting experience - Familiarity with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, MTR, and Network Protocol Analyzers such as tcpdump, Wireshark
- Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS etc
- Working knowledge of Apache and IIS Web Server administration
- Working Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise Network Infrastructure
- CCNA certificate or equivalent experience
