As our Security Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
- resolve service incidents by troubleshooting & solving faults reported through Oceane ticketing system
- perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported through change management tools
- resolve service problems by performing RCA and designing action plans for unknown errors reported through: Problem Management Dashboard
- perform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches and migrations) and implementing it
- perform TAC (Technical Assistance Center) function and manage communication with their vendors in case of Problems, patches and maintenance
- maintain Security Solutions Configuration Management up to date by adding/modifying CI as implied by incident, change, & release processes
- manage both internal and external customer calls and provide them with regular updates as per support processes
- mentor new comers and security associate and provide them with guidance and technical advices
- perform SIPs actions managed by Senior Security Engineers and update the action plan of the SIP
- perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion
**About you**:
Must have:
- very good understanding of network security technologies (Checkpoint and Fortinet Firewalls, Bluecoat & Caches/Proxies, F5 LTM and WAF )
- good understanding of Cisco Routers and Switches
- knowledge of IT security technologies (TrendMicro, Symantec or McAfee Antivirus, WebWasher & URL Filtering)
- excellent understanding of IT & networking fundamentals
- excellent phone business communication & facilitation skills
- good understanding of IT security solutions (Managed Firewalls, Managed Proxies, Managed Antivirus, Managed Switches & Managed IDSs/IDPs)
- good understanding of ITIL incident & change management processes
- B.Sc. of computer, communication or electronics MIS
- at least 2 years of professional experience
- at least 2 years of IT/Network security support technical experience
nice to have:
- certification in CCNA, NSE, BCCPA, MCSA

**About you**:

Extensive large scale WAN experience required.
Experienced with logical design models (L2/L3, VPC, VDC, Datacenter Zones, Spanning tree, VFR, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling).
Working technical knowledge of network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP) and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, TustSec).
Strong knowledge IP communication and routing is required (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). Experience with inter-company routing is preferred.
Understand WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay, DMVPN, IPSec and MPLS).
SD-WAN (Viptela, Fortinet, Palo Alto) design, implementation and migration experience preferred

Colocation facility integration, specifically around Equinix services (Cloud Exchange, Performance hub, etc.)

**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Support the planning and organization of field assessment missions, meeting and briefing sessions, and participate in rapid and comprehensive food security and market assessments as needed.
- Perform substantial data analysis and prepare a wide range of reports as needed ensuring deliverables adhere to corporate standards and quality control.
- Lead and ensure accurate, timely recording of data to ensure consistency of information presented within WFP and stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external counterparts to support effective collaboration, implementation and monitoring of ongoing VAM activities.

**STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
Education: Completion of a university degree in (Bachelor's or equivalent) degree in Economic//econometrics, statistics, finance or any training or education in the related functional area.
Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in the English and Arabic languages.
**Experience**:Seven or more years of progressive work experience in the field of statistical analysis, economics, econometrics, or any other related fields
