What You’ll Be Doing:

- Facilitate introductory meetings with prospects for IBM account owners
- Support the journey from initial client engagement, to exploratory meeting, and onto a full solution demo
- Meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to advance key cloud and infrastructure opportunities
- Build relationships of trust with key customer decision makers and experts

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience working in a solutions sales role
- Experience cold calling and identifying potential leads
- Motivation to understand customer business objectives and challenges and the ability to produce a narrative that addresses these business objectives
- Passion for AI and Cloud technologies
- Solutions sales mentality in a company with multiple offerings and services
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to discuss key industry issues at multiple levels within an organization

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 3+ years of experience working in a solutions sales role
- Proven technical sales experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud software solutions
- Previous experience building relationship and growing existing business accounts

You will be able to:
+ Identify and prioritise key opportunities, effectively engage with Apps and the Customer to seek mutually beneficial inclusion (attach) of CSS adoption and service solutions in a qualifying Oracle customer response.
+ Build sufficient pipeline cover and deliver your allocted quota in each Financial period.
+ Sell consultatively, providing credible advice and guidance on the value of CSS adoption and service solutions to internal Apps sales stakeholders and external customers.
+ Support the Apps reps in opportunity planning, management and approval process for CSS adoption and service solutions in POS opportunities.
+ Maximise customer success, outcomes and revenue opportunities for Oracle through articulation of CSS Services relevance and opportunity for value.
+ Develop and maintain high quality professional relationships with customers, partners as well as Oracle Apps sales.
+ Lead information gathering sessions specific to CSS Services, to better determine the CSS role in POS opportunities.
+ Ensure that Apps deals meet the criteria to qualify as POS.
Essential Skills and experience:
+ Demonstrated history of strong sales, consulting and collaboration skills. The ability to work within complex sales and delivery cycles and with multiple stakeholders.
+ Highly developed presentation and public speaking ability.
+ Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
+ Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
+ Cognitive ability to listen, understand, and respond concisely to complex questions and validate that the response is understood.
+ Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, scoping and business justification.
+ Demonstrated understanding of standard business processes and customer business in general.
+ Ability to display positivity, initiative, self-motivation and promote these qualities within the broader team.
+ Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales or consulting experience within the IT industry.
