**IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO.**
+ Run full recruitment cycle for MEA region.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates along the selection and hiring process.
+ Drive focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.

**YOU HAVE.**
+ 1+ years of recruitment experience working in a corporate environment preferred or a combination of corporate and agency environments
+ Experience generating candidates form a variety of sourcing channels not limited to job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
+ Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, compensation and candidate negotiations.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

Basic Qualifications
Education:

- Occupational Health and Safety programs focus specifically on understanding OSHA regulations, implementing safety management systems, and promoting a safety culture within an organization.

Experience:
- 2+ years of prior experience working in the occupational safety and health field is typical. This could include roles such as:

**Your role and responsibilities**
We are looking for a skilled Mulesoft Developer to join our team at IBM.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integrations using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
This role requires working in accordance with U.S. time zone
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
* Strong knowledge of API design, development, and management
* Experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs
* Solid understanding of integration patterns and data transformation (XML, JSON, etc.)
* Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Mulesoft applications
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting aligned with U.S. time zones
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Mulesoft Certification (e.g., MCD - Level 1)
* Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence
* Previous experience working with or within large enterprise environments
