YOU WILL

• Collaborate with end users, product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define problems and translate complex concepts into clean, understandable solutions.
• Consider influencing factors within the platform ecosystem to create seamless user experiences.
• Take ownership of design projects, guiding features from concept to production.
• Clearly articulate design decisions and craft compelling stories that illustrate how your solutions solve user problems and enhance their journey.
• Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate with stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Oversee the design process from user research to release (and beyond), helping to create and maintain the design system.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge design approaches.

YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing shipped products for enterprise and SaaS solutions.
• Data analytics/management tools experience is a plus
• A passion for solving problems and an eagerness to tackle complex challenges through design.
• A deep curiosity about understanding users and the technology behind the product.
• Expertise in a specific design discipline (such as research or interaction) while possessing strong knowledge of other design areas.
