**About the UI/UX Designer position**:
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer who will design our software and platforms to help meet our customers' needs. You will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers, by combining interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
**UI/UX Designer responsibilities are**:
- Define and build the UI/UX user-centered vision across multiple platforms of the product that power an excellent user experience, look and feel.
- Create new designs that reflect, ease and develop the user experience using a standard process (e.g., user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes).
- Communicate design intent to stakeholders, both inside app and cross-business areas with Search. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users' needs.
- Assess the usability of products and make constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct a variety of qualitative research methods (e.g., usability studies, competitors reviews, diary studies, etc.).
- Analyze research data to generate insights and create a report that summarizes those insights.
- Identify user gaps and opportunities for a better experience on all platforms.
- Design the core safe experiences across connected devices and platforms that match the parental control.
**UI/UX Designer requirements are**:
- 3+ years' experience of working on a UX Designer, UI Designer or other relevant position
- Significant experience with design software and a solid portfolio of design projects
- Excellent knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Experience in project management and research will be a bonus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or other related area
