The Role

Overview

Raya Smart Buildings, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is hiring a Leasing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of commercial, food and beverage (F&B), and office spaces within the designated properties. The role involves developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets for commercial, F&B, and office spaces.
  • Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote available spaces and attract potential tenants.
  • Manage lease administration including lease renewals, rent collection, and resolving tenant issues.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders in the leasing process.
  • Prepare reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance of properties.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
