Job Description & Specification:
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage and drive CRM project implementations in the role of CRM Consultant
- Engage, implement, and consult clients on solutions that the company offers
- Own and deliver business analysis and requirements gathering sessions based on industry's best practices
- Document and prepare agendas, business requirements, business process flows, business rules and other project documentation deliverables using the company standardized templates
- Define and prepare functional requirements solution design documents and system prototypes (Proof of Concept)
- Present analysis and design deliverables to clients’ senior management and work towards obtaining signoffs
- Provide directions to the development team in the delivery of business requirements accurately and within project timeframes
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 platform as per the client requirements
- Ensure quality of software deliverable is as per design through creating and running test case scenarios
- Understand and configure third party tools such as Click Dimensions and Kingsway soft integration tools
- Prepare training plans and testing plans for Dynamics 365 projects using the company standard operation procedure
- Engage in project management tasks for small to medium sized projects handling client inquiries with accuracy and on time
- Participate in Pre-Sales presentations and consulting sessions in order to provide high level solution suggestion
- Engage in exercises to provide effort estimates for different potential projects for the areas of specialization
- **Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business solutions, Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM & business know how.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization and configuration
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP knowledge is a plus
