Job Description
The Site WHS Officer will be responsible for partnering with site operations teams in delivery stations to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations. By leveraging lean principles and kaizens, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risks in our processes to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for our Associates. A successful Site WHS Officer will demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with the Operations Team and inspire change through providing comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
The Site WHS Officer must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise, and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. You will instruct and train Operations Leaders in Amazon WHS policies and assist the operations site teams in incorporating our safety standards at their site. You will work to identify best practices and incorporate these standard methodologies into our standards to continuously improve the safety landscape.
Site WHS Officer will possess excellent safety program knowledge as well as environmental and ergonomic knowledge and be able to demonstrate this expertise when working with Operations.
The Site WHS Officer will be a part of the site WHS team and report to the site WHS manager. The WHS Officer should be flexible to work in shifts.

Equipment & PPE Management:
- Maintain and monitor PPE inventory

- Implement PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) safety systems
- Oversee yard safety system implementation
- Monitor preventive maintenance of Fire protection and emergency equipment
Program Implementation:
- Establish and maintain Work Permit System
- Implement contractor safety management protocols
- Execute best practices across site operations
- Engage with Safety teams, Associates, and leaders for program improvements
- Maintain open communication regarding progress and resolution
- Partner with facility team on equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Continuous Improvement:
- Seek input on safety program improvement opportunities
- Implement solutions to eliminate risk exposure
- Monitor and enhance safety protocols
- Drive adoption of best practices
- Ensure effective communication of safety initiatives and outcomes
Basic Qualifications
- WHS Experience/or WHS qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity
- Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, ergonomics or a related field required.
- NEBOSH & IOSH certified.
- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Good communicator - English & local language
- Available to work flexible shifts including days, nights and/or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of growing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
- Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses
- Experienced in emergency response and currently holds First aid and CPR certificates.

to join our Operational Risk Management team. The candidate will be responsible for Leading and supervise RCSA team and the RCSA process as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational risk, internal controls, and a proven ability to lead and mentor subordinate. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring the operational risks across Banque Du Caire.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage RCSA analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the end-to-end RCSA process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Drive the identification and assessment of operational risks and the effectiveness of controls.
- Review the preparation of desk research and pre-lists of risks, including the applied control submitted from RCSA team.
- Supervise daily operations of the RCSA team including obtain the final approval on the RCSAs from relevant departments, the action plans follow up to ensuring their implementation and reviewing the accuracy of the data entry in RCSA system.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking with minimum 3 years in operational risk management, internal audit, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks, including RCSA, KRIs, ORAP, ILD, IT Risk and BCM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About the Opportunity:
The Occupational Nurse is responsible for supporting the health and wellbeing of employees at the workplace in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law 14/2025 (Articles 269 & 270). The role ensures timely medical attention, preventive healthcare, and coordination with external medical services to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Medical Support & First Aid
- Provide first aid and emergency care for employees on-site.
- Maintain an equipped first aid room/clinic within the facility.
- Ensure availability of prescribed medicines and treatment supplies.
2. Compliance with Egyptian Law (Art. 269 & 270)
- Conduct medical checks of employee health complaints as the facility's designated medical representative.
- Coordinate with the General Health Insurance Authority for periodic medical examinations of all employees.
- Maintain an updated list of employees needed with medical provider
- Support early detection of occupational diseases and health risks associated with the nature of work.
- Ensure provision of nursing services for facilities employing 50+ workers per site, in line with legal requirements.

- Handle employees requests with regard to medical approvals, cash reimbursement, chronic requests, etc.

3. Preventive & Occupational Health

- Train employees on basic occupational health practices (e.g., hygiene, ergonomics, preventive care, manual handling techniques).
- Support Health & Safety campaigns and awareness programs.
4. Recordkeeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees.
- Prepare periodic reports on health incidents, medical consultations, and preventive measures.
- Report medical findings or risks to management and escalate cases requiring specialist medical intervention.
- Report on monthly basis sick leaves, employees requests, etc as needed
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse certified by the Ministry of Health in Egypt.
- 1-3 of professional nursing experience (preferably in occupational/industrial health).
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law 14/2025 requirements for workplace medical coverage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.

As a HSE Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines, discover opportunities for improving conditions, and execute various safety programs.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor Workplace Health and Safety
- Prepare the daily report for the line manager to take the proper actions required and assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual department safety report.
- Follow up the implementation of Safety work permits.
- Establishment of a plan for safety guiding signboards and tags.
Encourage Best Health and Safety Practices
- Assist in hazard identification and preparing the safety risk assessment reports for all existing, modified and new plant and processes. Keep a record of all risk assessments and their follow-up to ensure the efficiency of the HSE planning.
- Execute regular safety patrols all over the plant, process and procedures to Comply with all plant site safety requirements.
- Assist with the review of standard operating procedures and safe operating procedures to consider any updates resulting from risk assessment updates.
- Drive the Inspection report of the firefighting network systems, alarm systems, and participate in accident/incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Plan and conduct emergency preparedness and response simulations.
Dealing with Injuries
- Carry out the investigation of repetition accident/ incident and near misses and report to the line manager to maintain an up-to-date record of them.
- Follow up the PPE Matrix (specification, numbers, usage rates, types, modifying).
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience (2-3 years in a similar role), preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent risk assessment and hazard identification skills.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
