- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
- Planning the activities, and involvement in project management activities.
- Install, configure and deploys complex systems and platforms meeting the client needs and specifications.
- Systems Administration, configuration, integration and testing based on Technical and Business requirements.
- Systems Troubleshooting and supporting.
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Setting up tools and required infrastructure for all types of environments (DEV, TEST, PROD )
- Monitoring the processes during the entire life cycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Incidence management and root cause analysis
- Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
- Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in computer science or similar
- 4 to 5 years of working experience using various tools
- Server’s operating systems (Linux and Windows).
- Application & Web/Proxy servers ( IIS, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx.etc).
- Database Systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, yaml, github.
- IT Infrastructure (HW/SW, Network, Firewall, Securityetc).

Job Description
- Contribute to system development, design, modeling and simulation of NeoSpectra spectral sensors.
- Provide system blocks specifications that achieve product target performance.
- Contribute to system characterization and develop system validation test flow.
- Develop product calibration flow with necessary algorithms and setups.
- Interface and work closely with different teams (MEMS, Optics, Software, Electronics, Mechanics,.) along different product stages from kick-off and initial development till delivery and hand-over to production.
- Work on product yield analysis and enhancement.
- Communicate system technical status to project managers.
- Work with marketing team for customers’ technical support.
- Help marketing team in generating datasheets and technical documentation of products.
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering with 0-2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferably in a similar position.
- Experience with DSP algorithms is preferred.
- Solid understanding of electronic systems, optical systems, integrated optics, volume optics and MEMS basics.
- Hands on experience in performing lab experiments, testing, characterization and failure analysis, is a plus.
- Experience with lab equipment and ability to build bench characterization setups for measuring the performance of MEMS as well as optical components is a plus.
- Previous experience in Spectroscopy and Chemometrics is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis basics is needed.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Octave or Python is preferable.
- Self-starter with demonstrated quantitative analysis and problem solving skills.
- Able to pro-actively communicate with different teams and work under pressure.
- Good planning and time/schedule management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive standardized practices are a must.
- Teamwork orientation, networking, and effective verbal and written communication skills, and have tendency towards new ideas, creativity, and innovation.

- Responsibilities:
1) Install, configure and maintain infrastructure components in a virtualized Linux Environment
2) Fully manage the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all aspects of Linux servers
3) Architect, install, configure and optimize computing systems and networks in a Linux based environment
4) Administer, troubleshoot, and resolve failures and critical alerts on Linux and Windows servers
- Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
2) 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Linux Red Hat and Unix Administration
3) Proficient in written and spoken English
4) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
5) Linux Red Hat Certification preferred
6) Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration including installation, software configuration, and network setup
7) Patch management, system backup and restore, performance tuning
8) Familiarity with Linux scripting languages and storage (LVM, Snapshot, ISCSI)
9) Experience with Linux security (Firewalld, SELinux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
10) Experience with Red Hat Satellite and preferably Red Hat OpenShift
11) Basic knowledge of network technologies and protocols
