The position is responsible for setting up and running the Supply planning process (Finished goods, Raw materials and Packaging materials) for Egypt market.
This individual will work closely with External Manufacturers, Raw materials and Packaging vendors to align Supply / Materials requirements against Market Sales forecast; He/she will closely collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Supply Plan to business objectives including cashflow sufficiency.
This is a detail-oriented position that requires tactical focus, analytical rigor, and ability to understand the big picture.
As the Supply Planner, the position holder supports monthly review of forecast for the market's demand cycle to lead the replenishment to achieve budget and deliver compliant products to meet customer requirements.
In addition, he/she will work diligently to optimize inventory (FG, Raw materials, Packaging materials) as per agreed parameters for MOQ and safety stock.
He/She will also support new business and marketing promotional launches through organic growth or new business opportunities.
The position holder would initially set up and run the process in MS Excel and subsequently transition the process to SAP IBP.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
University qualifications – Bachelor level in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business mandatory plus a minimum of 3-5 year experience in a Supply Chain Planning role.
Communication – must have the ability to communicate widely within and outside the business
Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must
Analytical Skills – must have the ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Negotiation Skills – ability to negotiate (or support) well with suppliers and customers
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI

- This position serves as the primary point of contact for Distributors, freight forwarders, & internal Kellanova stakeholders: IBP & Supply & Logistics in Turkey, Thailand and co-man.

- Responsible for Managing the RPM up stocking and down stocking for transition and innovation – planning and run down of materials for production related to promos and innovation trials (Phase in – phase out).
Required Qualifications:
