To manage and control warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely stock movement, and effective reporting using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory audits.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability.
• Implement and follow best practices in stock management to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience 1-2 years in warehouse or inventory management.
• Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Analysis).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits

Implement and monitor warehouse safety and hygiene procedures

Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff

Optimize layout and workflow for improved efficiency

Oversee loading/unloading, labeling, and packaging processes

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of warehouse activities

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and planning

Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness

Qualifications & Competencies:

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

6 to 8 years of experience in the sanitaryware or manufacturing industry

Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices

تنفيذ أذون الصرف والإرتجاع والإضافة- مسئول عن تنظيم الوحدات التخزينية والأرفف وسلامة المخزونات وفقاً لتعليمات التخزين.

يتابع المكتب الفني وإدارة المشروع في طلبات الشراء الخاصة بالخامات ومراجعة الطلب ووضع الرصيد الموجود حاليا حتي لا يتم الشراء بأكثر من الإحتياج للمشروع .

الإشراف على العمال أثناء عمليات إضافة المخزونات وترتيبها وتنظيمها بالشكل الصحيح وفقاً للتعليمات.

إقتراح الإجراءات التحسينية و العلاجية و الوقائية التى من شأنها تحسين أداء العمل بإدارته.

يتابع المواقع في الخامات الراكده ويقوم بأخذ اعتماد مدير المشروع في تحويل الخامات في أي من المشاريع الأخري .

تنفيذ جميع المهام التى يطلبها مدير المخازن و منسق المخازن فى حدود العمل بإدارة المخازن.

رفع تقرير أسبوعى إلى مدير المخازن ومنسق المخازن لبيان ما تم إنجازه و ما تم تأجيله مع بيان السبب.

جميع ما سبق ذكره يجب أن يتم طبقاً للإجراء الرسمى المعتمد لإدارة المخازن.

حفظ جميع سجلات نماذج الجودة الخاصة بإجراء إدارة المخازن و جميع أعماله تخضع للمراجعة الداخلية.

متطلبات الوظيفة:-

مستوى التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة أو إدارة الأعمال.

الخبرة المطلوبة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في هذا المجال.

الإلمام بالمصادر وإدارة المخازن.

خبرة في التعامل علي برنامج الاوراكل.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee all incoming and outgoing stock movements.
• Ensure materials are stored, categorized, and retrieved correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor daily warehouse activities and resolve any operational issues.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records through manual logs or inventory systems.
• Ensure stock levels are updated in real-time and reflected in reports.
• Conduct periodic stock counts (weekly, monthly, annually) and reconcile discrepancies.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Generate detailed stock reports and share them with management regularly.
• Document all warehouse activities: receiving, issuing, damages, returns, transfers.
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible.

Staff Supervision & Coordination:

• Supervise warehouse staff (storekeepers, coordinators, helpers, loaders).
• Organize and delegate tasks to ensure productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Provide training on warehouse procedures, safety, and system usage.

Logistics & Supply Chain Support:

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams for material needs.
• Support planning for deliveries and project site stock requirements.
• Ensure timely and correct dispatch of materials.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety standards and procedures across warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and segregation of materials.
• Report and investigate incidents or unsafe practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain operations.
