- Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on stock management activities, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.
Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguard proper definition of margins, overhead charges and retail variances by brand ensuring compliance with each franchise agreement and company policies and procedures.
- Secure that cost of goods sold are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate and review the end-of-month Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports and stock taking results within the established time frame.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in stock management processes to ensure ongoing optimization.
- Guarantee the delivery and maintenance of a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting all internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.
- Ensure the accurate and timely implementation of stock management policies and procedures, including but not limited to receiving, sales, change of season, change of price, cycle count, defective items, credit note, transfer between stores, and export shipment.
