Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating the purchasing/vendor cycle.
Experience in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus), MS Office, Excel, and PDF tools.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferably residing in Greater Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth purchasing cycles.
Match purchase orders with actual deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and quantities.
Handle vendor registration in ERP (Oracle Fusion), including tax classification.
Draft contracts for rented transport vehicles and process payments.
Prepare clearance documents for contract-ended vehicles.
Coordinate inspection reports with relevant departments.
