In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of travel arrangements. As a Rravel Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the travel department, including supervising a team of travel agents, managing the department's budget, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policy. 2- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner, Provide excellent customer service to both direct customers and B2B clients.
3- Provide guidance, support, and training to the team of travel agents to ensure they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and service requests effectively and monitor team performance and individual KPIs.
4- Manage the department's budget and ensure that all travel arrangements are made within budget.
5- Optimize travel itineraries, packages, and offerings to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
6- Maintain relationships with travel suppliers.
7- Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and regulations

**Qualifications**:
1- Bachelor's degree in travel or tourism management or a related field.

2- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with experience in both incoming and outbound travel.

3- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

4- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.

6- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

7- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.

8- Good knowledge of foreign countries/destinations, visa process, and visa requirements.

9- Well-organized, Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.
