Job Summary

• Project Planning & Driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user growth, operations, or marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in building a business or team from scratch, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.
• Expertise in user growth methodologies, with a successful track record in viral marketing, community building, or referral programs.
• Excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills, capable of making data-informed business decisions.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication and leadership skills;

Job Purpose
The PTW Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the validation, coordination, and control of work permits to ensure that all maintenance and operational activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and procedural standards. • Assess and authorize urgent and unscheduled work permits, ensuring alignment between planned and unplanned activities.

• Compile and submit monthly reports and data related to work permit activities.

Experience
