**Responsibilities:**
+ The Payroll Analyst performs business analysis for HR and Payroll operations organization
+ Create and implements internal procedures and business requirements.
+ Create and manages the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications.
+ Develop and implements user application test plans; Executes test plans and identifies discrepancies.
+ Resolve discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as needed.
+ Interpret data and makes recommendations.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
