Defining and organizes the detailed information related to testing requirements for the assigned project/engagement.

Analyzing with business & development teams the provided requests to get an efficient solution and ensure customer satisfactions.

Participating in standard business and information technology solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Utilizing the testing methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) for analyzing the testing requirements

Updating the Client s Dashboards to represent the status for the current progress.

+4 years experience in the Quality Control, Assurance & Test Management fields.

Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or computer engineering.

Certified on ISTQB Foundation Level.

Certified on the advanced Testing level. (is preferred)

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail

Solid experience in the software test management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular system testing from both front-end and back-end Sides for new features and releases, ensuring stability and performance.
• Perform UI quality testing for the whole system and mobile applications (Android/iOS), ensuring alignment with design and a seamless user experience.
• Perform monthly regression testing for the entire the system, ensuring no new issues are introduced with new releases.
• Conduct performance testing for system core features and APIs, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Identify and report bugs or issues within the system via Jira, tracking the resolution process with developers.
• Write comprehensive test cases for each user story and ensure through testing according to agile methodologies.
• Oversee the user interface to ensure the visual and functional alignment with the design team's specifications for both the system and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers to follow up on bugs, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Provide detailed and organized bug reports for each mobile and regression test cycle, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
• Provide live support to clients for any issues they encounter, offering timely solutions and assistance.
• Assist and mentor new members of the testing team, ensuring they understand the system requirements and testing processes, fostering a collaborative and organized learning environment.

Job Description:

• Participates as a member of a Testing Team
• Utilizing DXC testing methodology, analyzes testing requirements as the basis for developing testing scenarios for a test level to be executed on a project
• Designs testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to all functional and non-functional requirements, relative to the test level, as defined in business or technical specifications
• Executes tasks related to the production of the Test Plan, test cases, test scripts, and test data. Analyzes the results of the testing process and recommends solutions
• Interacts with the project team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and conformance criteria
• Understands and uses appropriate Test Automation processes and tools
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Supports knowledge management and collaboration through participation in testing discussions, communities and improving testing collateral through lessons learned

Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering from reputable university
• 2 to 4 years of experience as Software Testing Engineer at least 2 of them in Testing Automation
• Solid understanding of testing process and deliverables
• Experience in Test Management tools (ALM, Jira)
• Experience in API Testing Automation tools (SOAPUI, Postman)
• Experience in Test Automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured)
• Very Good Written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Agile Experience is preferred
• ISTQB Certificate is preferred
