Role Description

• To Develop & Update R&D Methodology activities related to (Testing methods of new & current products to ensure effective Analytical & Cleaning testing Methods supports Process & Product conformity throughout Product life cycle.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation, formulation guidelines, and regulatory dossiers as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in R&D for skincare/cosmetic products.

• Proven track record in formulation development (e.g., emulsions, serums, gels, sunscreens, anti-aging products).

• Knowledge of active ingredients, preservatives, emulsifiers, and delivery systems specific to skincare.

• Experience attending and monitoring factory-scale production.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

1.   Research and test new raw materials, adhesives, coatings, and finishes suitable for different climates and applications.

2.   Prototype and evaluate functional, aesthetic, and structural characteristics of new product designs.

3.   Improve existing manufacturing processes for better efficiency, waste reduction, and product consistency.

4.   Support automation initiatives, tool selection, and production scalability.

6.   Coordinate with the design team to bring concepts into manufacturable products.

Support sales and marketing teams with technical documentation, product specs, and innovation insights.
