Role Purpose

We are looking for a Project Lead for our P&DS team.

This role will be working on a major mixed use scheme in Masra Matrouh, Egypt. It will be responsible for delivering building projects as part of a large development.

What this job involves
Report to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.

Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.

Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.

Fully manage and handle local government approvals process.

Administer complex building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.

Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.

Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.

Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.

Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.

Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.

Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor’s design is done in compliance with the contract.

**Role Purpose**:
The role of a Technical Delivery Project Manager will focus on delivery of one or multiple projects within an assigned portfolio driving the mobilization, shaping and design and end to end delivery of those projects. As a Technical Delivery Project Manager you will work within a portfolio team aligned to the business area (e.g. Connectivity, Unified Communications, Networks, Home Broadband. Regulatory, Finance, etc.), the business stakeholders and the relevant IT functions (architecture, Platform Engineering, Release and Testing etc:). You will plan and manage delivery from demand and idea generation to go live and transition to IT operations. You will ensure on time, on budget delivery of prioritized business initiates enabled by IT.

You will manage assigned projects within the portfolio. You will manage high complexity projects with cross functional impact across a number of technical systems, domain areas, System Integrators and Third Parties. Projects will involve constrained resource teams and typically include significant business change /transformation. Managing senior business stakeholders is a key part of this role and it’s success.

Responsible for the end to end delivery of assigned projects starting from creation of the business case to the transition into IT operations ensuring delivery to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. Compliance to the methodology as defined by Vodafone’s delivery governance is an integral part of the role. Purpose
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Pearson Assessment Service team to deliver an exciting and high-profile programme of work. - Track record of successful project delivery

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Project Management**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders including legal, financial, technical advisors as well as governmental authorities involved
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Strategic Planning & Reporting**:

- Manage the process for Group strategic planning, annual budgets and performance objectives
- Coordinate with People Ops to ensure timeline is met for individual performance management
- Oversee the integrity of performance dashboards and its continuous improvement
- Oversee the process for board pack reporting from OpCos to management

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience in non-technical project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 3 - 7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or comparable is required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Tech Savvy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: E£5,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
