Job Purpose
Lead team to develop and implement mobile/desktop dashboards and provide end user's self-services (Power User) to accelerate business analysis/reporting & decision making process.
Report To Position Name
o Assess dashboards/self-services requirements to communicate do-ability and delivery date. o Lead Data Visualization team to develop dashboards to satisfy business requirements. o Lead self-service team to develop the user's self-service capabilities (Power User semantic layer). o Lead/Manage PDs (BI Projects) queue. o Provide self-service training for end users. o Coach, mentor and educate the team members to assure that they are technically qualified to do their job in the best and easiest way. o Support other teams' projects when required to achieve the overall department objectives. o Handover dashboards/self-services to DWH Application Support to be able to support production issues. o Provide second line of support for the production issues. o Investigate issues reason/impact and recommend corrective/preventive actions. o Coordinate with the team for issues resolution and required recovery. o Supporting business users in exploring the data and discovering patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends. o Build and maintain online analytical processing (OLAP) models. o Provide business consultancy in handling business questions & issues. o Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development o Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills necessary for the effective performance of the role. o Provide status reporting for team issues and achievements to IT management on regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Degree in Information Technology field Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

Role and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather integration requirements for Temenos Transact (T24) and related modules according to the modules implemented in Boubyan and as per the agreed framework.
- Design , develop and implement integration solutions between Temenos and other applications such as Mobile Banking
- Work with Temenos Integration frameworks (IRIS, TAFJ, Temenos Integration framework) to build and maintain interfaces
- Develop and consume REST APIs, SOAP services and other middleware based communication channels.
- Configure and manage Temenos APIs and services ensuring security, scalability and performance.
- Handle data transformation , mapping and routing using integration/middleware tools
- Troubleshot and resolve integration issuesensuring minimal downtime and disruptions
- Create and maintain integration related documentation including design specs, flow diagrams and deployment guides.

- Ensuring compliance with banking security standards , data privacy laws, and internal governance policies
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years proven experience with Temenos Transact (T24) and related Integration components.

- Open Financial Service (OFS)
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TAFJ routines

- Knowledge of message oriented middleware especially Kafka
- Understanding of core Banking processes and Temenos data structure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environment
