and post-project reviews.

o Act as a change agent to foster an agile culture that emphasizes collaboration,

flexibility, and transparency.

o Encourage teams to adopt a customer-focused mindset and prioritize value-driven

9. Agile Governance:

success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech industry.

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban).

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
