Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 yearsof relevant experience in design management within real estate development, consultancy, or construction industries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Technical Account Manager - Drilling & Well Control located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as account management, technical support, troubleshooting, sales, and project management in the drilling and well control field.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field.
  • A solid background in Drilling and Well Life Cycle Operations.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical or business role within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with Drilling and Well Control Simulation technologies and Training & Competency Assurance Programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, understand their needs, and sell value-based solutions.
  • Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills and the flexibility to learn new technologies.

Job Summary

As a Technical Product Manager, You will join a fast-paced environment to drive the development and implementation of our financial solutions with a focus on maximizing customer value and ensuring technical excellence, you will work closely with our engineering and product team to design, build and roll-out products that serve the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Work closely with the engineering, product, and business teams to define and prioritize product features and functionality.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new features and functionality.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Accountable for the product backlog and prioritizes user stories with team members.
  • Create business user stories, explain, share and decompose features into user stories.
  • Do the acceptance testing to make sure that the delivered product meets the business need.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology and practical understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
