We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer (Shop Drawings) to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural shop drawings and interior design details in line with project requirements, ensuring compliance with design intent, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural shop drawings and interior design details for execution.

• Review and coordinate drawings with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) to avoid conflicts.

• Ensure drawings are aligned with the approved design and client requirements.

• Modify and update shop drawings based on consultant/owner comments.

• Provide detailed sections, elevations, and interior fit-out drawings when required.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing logs for submissions and approvals.

Job purpose:

Provide detailed architecture and design for the suggested solution for customers; beside acting a mentor for the technical architects.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Manage a complex/group of projects on a program level including a team of architects and senior architects under their leadership (as per the account)
• Provide design and architecture for the assigned proposals and projects
• Build reusable architecture artifacts
• Review the gathered requirements by the Business Analysis; ensure it is in line with the architecture design and apply modifications if needed
