The TBA will gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring that delivered solutions meet both business objectives and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities

Technical Business Analyst

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing system requirements directly from clients at the start of projects.

The Technical Pre-Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Blackstone eIT's business development and proposal management activities. This role involves analyzing client requirements (RFPs/RFQs/EOIs), drafting high-quality technical and commercial proposals, and contributing to solution design. The candidate must possess strong technical acumen across various technology stacks and demonstrate the ability to translate client requirements into clear, competitive, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• RFP Analysis & Proposal Development
• Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify scope, requirements, and compliance criteria
• Prepare proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and response strategies

Education:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise IT stacks (Microsoft, Open-Source, Cloud, AI/ML, ERP/CRM)

Ability to read and draft architecture diagrams.
