We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to join our ICT Services Development and Management team, focusing on Identity & Messaging. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting core IT services including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Online), Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. You will also work with infrastructure services such as GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop Services, while collaborating with remote teams to ensure adherence to IT governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Online).
- Manage and support Enterprise Vault.
- Provide operational support for Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, MS Teams, etc.).
- Work on related infrastructure services, including GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancers, Traffic Managers, ADFS, AD Connect, Remote Desktop Services, NPS servers, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.
