We are looking for passionate and organized "Data Technical Project Lead"
Main Role:
- Receive, review, and accept project scope of work from the customer. Protects project scope and effectively manages change requests.
- Coordinates project activities and schedules and prioritizes features and tasks
- Act as main technical and managerial point of contact
- Communicates relevant project information to including risks, business opportunities, and status reports
- Responsible for managing project team including assigning and releasing team members, giving appropriate feedback (positive and constructive), providing high-level technical guidance, and coordinating, following-up, and assigning tasks
- Has final approval of the design specifications and data architecture
- Responsible for review and sign-off for functional and technical specifications, monitoring deliverables vs. specifications, and providing needed corrective actions
- Identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues (including delivery) in a timely manner and provides constructive suggestions for improvements
- Track, audit, and review team project schedule and progress on daily basis
- Motivate the team while successfully delivering high-quality projects on-time
- Proficiency in data modeling and design
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in the data engineering track / Development
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role as Data Architect.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding problem solver.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and expectations.
- Professional experience optimizing, building and maintaining data pipelines
- Experience with RDMS data engines (MS SQL or Oracle).
- Good Experience with one of BI technologies like SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.
- Good knowledge of NO SQL database like Cosmos DB.
- Good background in data visualization
- Experience with version control (Git )

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Project Lead for our P&DS team.
This role will be working on a major mixed use scheme in Masra Matrouh, Egypt. It will be responsible for delivering building projects as part of a large development.
What this job involves
Report to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.
Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.
Fully manage and handle local government approvals process.
Administer complex building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor’s design is done in compliance with the contract.
Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.
Desired skills and experience for this
Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB).
North coast project experience is essential.
Experience in managing on site construction in the region.
Major international project experience is essential.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.
