**Role Purpose**:
- Majid Al Futtaim is building a state-of-the-art group wide Learning and Development function to support the growth of our MAFers and the growth of our businesses.- Accordingly, we are looking for a creative, highly skilled
- **human skills and general management skills facilitator **to become a member of the learning and development team and deliver high quality learning interventions for participants from across the Group.-
- The role of facilitator is responsible for developing the competence of MAF employees by participating in the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D interventions.- Responsible for delivering learning sessions (Human Skills, General Management Skills).
- Assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions through testing, review of audit results as well as participants’ feedback.
- Update the learning material periodically (participant hand out, facilitator’s manual, pre-assessment, post-assessment & course material PPT).
- Work closely with all OPCOs to enhance and improve the learning process as we want to reach to the target of being the pioneers in MAF in the learning experience quality.
- Provide Weekly/Monthly reports.

- Meet the agreed quality for learning delivery (course rating, faculty rating, NPS). Stakeholder’s feedback on impact of learning intervention.**Skills**
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Logical sequenced thinking.
- PowerPoint presentation & MS office Skills.
- Advanced Research Skills.
- Enthusiasm for Learning.
- Organizational Skills.
**Personal Characteristics and Required Background**:
**Personal characteristics**
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Adaptability.
- Integrity, judgement and professionalism.
- Ability to assess.
- Strong empathy towards the learners.
**Minimum experience**
- Possess 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
**Minimum Qualifications/education**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- PCT is preferred.
