Job Description
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
- Preapring TNA yearly according to the business needs and PA
- Contact providers and gurantee the ffectivness of training provided
- Updating Org Chart, JD, and JA
**Salary**: E£9,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Giza: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Job Scope**:
- Lead NALI performance management with deep business analyses to extract and suggest actions.
- Partner with LT to track the business performance and gap closure vs. targets.
- Cross-functional partnering to form and maintain consolidate view of business.
- Analyze all metrics including market share, BMI & TTS investment, trends etc. to form complete picture.
- Identify sensitive cells, areas of focus, and ideas for organizational focus to support the business.
**Main Accountabilities**:
**Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Analyze and track all key metrics of business performance including market shares, business investments, growth, and profitability. Identify key areas for interventions and drive the actions.
**Target Delivery Plan**
- Closely analyze and track business performance vs. Targets.
- Identify ideas with cross-functional connects and generate plan for Target delivery.
- Keep LT updated about performance vs. Targets and need for intervention wherever required.
**Ensure Forecast Robustness**
- Cross-functional connects across countries/categories to understand forecast assumptions.
- Assess the risks and opportunities vs. forecast.
- Enable plan creation to improve the business' future outlook.
**Updates to Internal & External Stakeholders**
- Prepare analyses and decks for internal and external business performance communications, including monthly updates to LT, global team, other stakeholders.
**Data Repositories**
