MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize the ATS for drafting, optimizing job posts, and administering the system to ensure smooth recruitment operations on various platforms as required
• Contribute to developing the annual manpower plan and enhancing the company's TA Strategies through various internal initiatives.
• Review and screen incoming resumes as part of daily recruitment activities.
• Conduct applicants' phone screening and validation calls end-to-end.
• Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and generate detailed reports for applicants' evaluation, followed by attending relevant talent review meetings.
• Maintain consistent communication flow with key relevant parties as required by the TA process.
• Develop, communicate, and negotiate job offers as required.
• Develop and maintain hiring reports and ensure all other relevant sheets and documents are up to date
• Ensure essential hiring documents are requested and received through relevant communication channels.
• Contribute to the onboarding and offboarding execution process as required.
• Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role, including the data processing part for new hires.
