Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Tableau to design, develop, and maintain business dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
-ETL : Connect to various data sources (e.g., Oracle ,SQL Server) and prepare datasets for analysis.
-Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling .
-Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
Required Skills
-Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
-Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, and Tableau Prep.
-Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction, joins, aggregation, and optimization.
-Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
-Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
Required Qualifications :

The Data Analysis Specialist is responsible for analyzing ERP data, managing enterprise data governance, and standardizing business processes within FCG manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate reporting, actionable insights, and optimized ERP workflows to support decision-making across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and sales.
Top Responsibilities
· ERP Data Management – Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across ERP modules.
· Enterprise Data Governance – Implement master data standards (materials, BOMs, customers, vendors) and ensure compliance.
· Process Management – Map, document, and optimize business processes aligned with ERP best practices.
· Reporting & Insights – Develop ERP dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
