Job Responsibilities:
• The Senior IT E-Commerce role is to evaluate and implement IT capabilities and systems that align with the organization's eCommerce business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of E-Commerce platforms and technologies. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure platform stability, scalability, and security.
• Integrate E-Commerce systems and solutions with other business applications, such as CRM, inventory management, and ERP. Ensure quality implementation of APIs and data integrations to enable seamless data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with E-Commerce systems. Implement CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history. Utilize CRM data to drive personalized marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
• Utilize data analytics and machine learning algorithms to generate personalized product recommendations. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to utilize data-driven insights for decision-making, facilitate developing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer preferences and behaviors.
• Ensure the system allows collaborating with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Integrate inventory management systems with E-Commerce platforms for real-time updates. Ensure the availability of tracking and managing product inventory levels, availability, and stockouts.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's online store. Collaborate with designers and developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing eCommerce websites. Ensure seamless navigation, intuitive user interfaces, and optimized checkout processes.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure multi-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to manage payment processing and fraud prevention. Evaluate and select payment gateway providers based on security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with payment card industry data security standards. Implement and optimize E-Commerce order management capabilities and systems. Streamline order processing from placement, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure self-service options meet customer needs. Implement features such as order tracking, account management, and returns processing. Implement chatbots, knowledge bases, and self-help resources to enhance customer service capabilities. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize the E-Commerce product catalog. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels, enhance product descriptions, images, and categorization, Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and availability, develop SEO-friendly product descriptions and landing pages.
• Implement responsive design techniques to provide a consistent user experience across devices. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO analytics tools. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
- At least 6 or more years of experience in IT & E-Commerce.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership and management skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Network Design Modeler/Engineer
with proven experience in the
design and modeling of structured cabling systems
. The ideal candidate will have expertise across one or more technology domains such as
Data, Security, Audiovisual (AV), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and related low-voltage systems
. This role requires both technical depth in structured cabling and the ability to produce high-quality BIM/Revit models that integrate seamlessly within multi-discipline environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and model structured cabling systems, including pathways, cable trays, and device layouts, within Revit or similar BIM platforms.
- Develop design drawings, single-line diagrams, and system schematics for low-voltage networks (Data, Security, AV, DAS, etc.).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and MEP teams to ensure accurate integration of network systems into overall building design.
- Interpret client requirements, technology standards, and manufacturer specifications into practical design and model outputs.
- Support clash detection, design reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Maintain structured cabling documentation, including bill of materials, device schedules, and labeling standards.
- Stay current on industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NFPA, etc.) and best practices for structured cabling and converged network systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in structured cabling design and BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in

. - Familiarity with standards:
TIA/EIA-568, BICSI, NEC/NFPA codes
. - Experience designing at least one of the following systems:

Network Access Design Consultant
, you can expect to be involved in the following:
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, such as Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) or Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access, for diverse clients across various industries.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client network architectures, security postures, and remote access needs to identify risks and design tailored ZTNA solutions.
- Develop and implement detailed ZTNA deployment plans, including network segmentation strategies, access policies, application segmentation, and integration with existing security infrastructure (e.g., IAM, MFA, SIEM).
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting ZTNA solutions like Zscaler ZPA or Palo Alto Prisma Access.
