Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's systems and networks to ensure they run efficiently and securely.

Duties

• Design, install, configure, and maintain system software
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement security measures to protect systems and data
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the company's infrastructure
• Perform system backups and recovery
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop scripts for automation tasks

Requirements

• Support users in network connections problems (WIFI, Ethernet, phones and DHCP activities.
• Make recommendations for any future upgrades (employees devices – IT Assets – Tools –Software's …etc.
• Employee's devices installation (H/W and S/W).
• Troubleshooting PCs daily problems (OS configurations, Drivers, Mail, printers and other applications).
• Request offers, quotations and communicate with IT vendors to help purchasing department for determining the best prices.
• Monitor network devices and servers through built in servers tools.
• Check all company internet lines and its operations (ISP support, Fees and quota.
• Create users accounts in company systems (Directory servers, Mail, file servers) and support users in systems configurations and accounts issues.
• Training new users for company IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Service Desk system, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and escalation where required.
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints.
• Manage and support Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Assist in planning, implementation, and support of IT projects across multiple regions.
• Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and backup management.
