Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The CSR Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the company's CSR initiatives and projects. This includes developing strategies to promote and enhance the company's social and environmental responsibilities, engaging with employees, stakeholders, and community partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The CSR Manager will also analyze and report on the impact of CSR activities, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to integrate CSR goals into the company's overall business strategy.

- Develop, implement, and monitor DP World Sustainability Programs and Standards at the site
- Lead the promotion, education and project support for habitat compensation, mitigation, and management.

Education, Qualifications and Experience :-
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certifications in ESG, Sustainability Reporting, or Environmental Management (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001, GRI, SASB, etc.) are a plus.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental/social governance programs, preferably in industrial or port operations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing sustainability strategies and programs.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community initiatives, and managing cross-functional sustainability projects.
Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and global reporting practices.
- Experience with sustainability scorecards, data tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to convert group directives into localized initiatives.
