You will be working as System & Office Administration Specialist and will be the part of Motion business area for Service division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be responsible for providing an auxiliary service to a Business/Division, engaging internal customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas
**Your responsibilities**:
- Providing a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively performing tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for improvement
- Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reporting any shortcomings and areas for improvement, performing complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs
- Researching, complying, verifying and analyzing information and issuing special reports, presentations, organization charts, communicating tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
- Providing confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members, coaching and may have solid line manager responsibility for more junior administration staff, arranging business critical internal/external events
- Providing financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in admin work
- Solid Knowledge in SAP requirement
- Fluency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory
