Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assists in planning and monitoring production, material requirements
and consumption, warehouse capacity and stock levels – Prepares and expedites purchase orders and scheduling
agreements – Records inbound good receipts in the ERP System – Organizes transportation of all outbound items
(finished goods, raw material, spare parts, regrind, etc.), preparing picking lists, issuing sales orders and delivery
notes – Creates, modifies and reconciles work orders in the ERP system – Supports the inventory process assisting the

This role aims to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of goods and services for the assigned Svitzer operations through internal demand forecasting, supplier relationship management, spend analysis and framework agreements. The governing guidelines to drive these responsibilities would include Svitzer's Procurement Manual along with the framework defined by Svitzer IT systems and P2P platforms.
This includes, but is not limited to, P2P process implementation and optimization, as well as general cost and supply optimization of all aspects of Svitzer operations.

- Resolve conflicts between vendor and Svitzer regarding product defects, shortages, and/or untimely deliveries.
- Provide documentation and administrative support to the operations as directed.
- Assist in the upkeep of the Sertica Procurement database.
- Optimize the number of active vendors in the operations down to the ones which offer the best-added value and lowest TCO.
- Undertake effective internal stakeholder management as an operational services provider.
Qualifications And Experience
- Previous experience of at least 3-6 years in Supply chain Management, preferably in the Marine, Oil and Gas or Shipbuilding industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering or business discipline.
- Certification in Procurement and Logistics is preferred.
- Experience in working on ERP platforms such as Sertica.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
