Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Run and continuously improve the JDA/Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization (IO) modeling process.
- Embed inventory optimization processes, tools, and KPIs, and train stakeholders to adopt them.
- Collaborate with category and planning leads to ensure effective implementation of inventory targets.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly parameter optimization in JDA tools and coordinate parameter settings across markets/categories.
- Monitor and report inventory performance (e.g., DII, DoH, productivity), identifying causes of change and E2E impact.
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead optimization initiatives to improve inventory drivers and parameters.
- Support sourcing and network optimization initiatives by modeling inventory under different scenarios.
- Partner with global CoE, planning, finance, and data science teams to enhance analytics and develop advanced optimization models.
Qualifications

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, optimization, or supply chain planning.
- Experience working with JDA/Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization or other advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken skills).
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply, distribution, materials and inventory planning.
- Advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, pivot tables, basic VBA).
- Experience handling large datasets and turning them into actionable insights.
