We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & supply chain coordinator to manage and optimize our production and inventory processes. This role will be based at our partner factory in Obour, Cairo, where our raw materials (including perfume oils and bottles) and finished stock are stored.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory counts, tracking production execution, following up on deliveries, and coordinating with the finance team to align on production-related costs. The role requires daily interaction with the production team, proactive monitoring of supply chain activities, and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations from raw materials to finished goods. Advanced Excel skills are essential for reporting, analysis, and process optimization.

Key responsibilities:

Inventory management

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts of
  oils, bottles, and other materials

at the factory.
- Reconcile physical counts with system records to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking of critical materials.
- Provide regular inventory status updates to management.

Production coordination

• Follow up with the production team to ensure
  planned production is executed on time

Supply chain & logistics

• Track raw material orders and confirm timely delivery to the factory.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for finished goods dispatch and delivery.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do

• Run and continuously improve the JDA/Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization (IO) modeling process.
• Embed inventory optimization processes, tools, and KPIs, and train stakeholders to adopt them.
• Collaborate with category and planning leads to ensure effective implementation of inventory targets.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly parameter optimization in JDA tools and coordinate parameter settings across markets/categories.
• Monitor and report inventory performance (e.g., DII, DoH, productivity), identifying causes of change and E2E impact.
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead optimization initiatives to improve inventory drivers and parameters.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
